Meet Coach Laura
Today my private practice blends a protein-first, whole-food nutrition philosophy with strength training and mindful movement to promote a lean, healthy, sexy body women, who are now in the shoes I was once in, are craving. I am committed to coaching women through making the lifestyle and habit changes.

The Program
My one-on-one coaching program is flexible and tailored to you. I recommend 12 weeks for most people but some need less time and others need more. It all depends on you, how you got here, where you want to go, what you want to achieve and how much help you might need to get there. We connect weekly to set goals, address obstacles, find solutions, and remain motivated. Focusing on habit change and the motivation you need to be successful.
